Les Blancs Bois is an independent living retirement estate, for those aged 55+, set among over four acres of beautiful grounds, with an estate management service.

A double arched gateway, marking the entrance to Les Blancs Bois, and the Victorian house built in 1884 is all that remains of the estate’s earlier history as a grand manor house, with outbuildings and old barns scattered around the grounds.

The modern architecture now in place mirrors the elegant proportions of a traditional Guernsey farmhouse, with extensive use of local granite, and many windows allowing for natural light to flood in, as well as enjoyment of the views over the grounds.
